Stocks open modestly lower after notching another round of records

dipped 7 points, 0.2%, and traded near 4,071 Tuesday. The tech-focused Nasdaq Composite Index

was off 20 points, 0.1%, near 13,684. Shares of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd.
NCLH,
+3.00%

gained 1.1% after the company released plans to start operating again after the COVID-19 pandemic left it and other cruise lines docked. Carnival Corporation
CCL,
+0.67%

shares also ticked higher.
